fileBreathing and walking comprise two of our simplest activities, yet they are also two of our most powerful actions. By bringing them together in a systematic and meditative way, we can enhance our physical, emotional, and spiritual fitness. Kundalini certified instructor Amy Toft will lead this workshop of outdoor walking and specific breathing. If you can walk or wheel, you can do it. Breathwalk can help alleviate exhaustion, anxiety, and sadness, while increasing confidence, motivation, and fitness. Printed handouts will be provided so you can continue on your own.
