In Healthy Habits Part 2, instructor Jaime Tigue will focus on meal planning, meal prepping, building grocery lists, and quick and easy recipe building. At the end of this class, you will have some meals to take home (unless you are super hungry in class!) and tailored menus to meet your personal needs. Students do not need to attend Healthy Habits Part 1 to enroll in Part 2.
