Have you ever seen some amazing glass art and wondered how it’s made?  Discover the history and basic techniques of working with hot glass.  Fused glass is an art form that is gaining in popularity and it’s lots of fun. Come learn the basics about the different types of glass, how to score and break glass, volume control, slumping and dichroic glass. If you’ve always wondered about how glass pieces are made, this class is for you.  You will create three projects during the class, including a suncatcher/wall plaque, a square plate and a dichroic jewelry pendant.
