Classic French Macarons

Ever wondered how the French pastry shops make those brightly colored, perfectly round, light yet crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside macarons?

This is your chance to make the delicate meringue-based pastries and pipe them with decadent buttercream and ganache fillings – no passport or plane ticket to Paris required. Instructor Jan Mandura has perfected the art of French macaron making after extensive research and will teach you the tips and technique needed to master this delicious and popular dessert.

Two sessions are available to choose from – 9am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm on Saturday, June 10th. Registration Fee: $40 +$20 supply fee paid to instructor. Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
