About the Program
No matter their experience level, CSI MUSICFEST is the place for them! This week-long summer camp on the beautiful College of Southern Idaho campus provides opportunities for kids to be immersed in music making. Focused study is available in strings, woodwinds, brass, percussion, piano, jazz, and voice.
CSI MUSICFEST promises to be an unforgettable experience where students build life-long friendships through the power of music making!

Registration & Fees
To register, call 208-732-6442 or come in person to the Fine Arts Building Community Education Office Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30AM - 4:30PM (Lunch Hour from 1-2)
All registrations and fees must be received by May 31, 2023. No registrations will be accepted after this time.
- Tuition: early bird registration of $225 if paid by May 17, $275 if paid after May 17
- Camp Photo: $10
- Half-Hour Private Lessons: $18 each (Max 4 total & 2 per discipline)

Location: CSI Twin Falls Campus, Fine Arts Building
Check-In: 8:30AM - 9:00AM Monday, June 12
Times: 9:00AM to 5:00PM daily with Gala Concerts on Friday evening.
Schedule:
- 9:00AM - 10:15AM Major Ensembles
- 10:15AM - 11:15AM Theory/History/Listening Lab
- 11:15PM - 12:15PM LUNCH (Parents/caregivers responsible for sack lunch daily. Campers will not be allowed to leave campus for the lunch break)
- 12:15PM - 1:00PM Convocation & Showcase Recitals
- 1:00PM - 2:30PM Major Ensembles
- 2:30PM - 2:50PM SNACK
- 2:50PM - 3:45PM Master class
- 3:45PM - 5:00PM Electives
Private Lessons: Taught after 5:00PM and at select breaks.
The above schedule includes 6.5 hours of hands-on instruction intended to engage students thoroughly from beginning to end. Exceptional faculty from across the state work closely with you in small and large ensemble settings, as well as in daily master classes and sectionals. Listening labs brings theory and history of music to life!
Each afternoon, students have the chance to shine alongside faculty mentors at the camp's performance spotlight. Private lessons and a range of elective areas are available to round out the camp experience. The week's learning culminates with student recitals, showcases, and mainstage concerts for friends, family, and community to enjoy.
Students choose one major of study. They must already play the instrument declared as their major. We must have a minimum of 5 students to hold a class, including majors.
